The people that wrote the funniest movie in the world are planing on writing a sequel to last year's Yogi Bear. Also is Rio writers that are doing this.
So its either gonna be all weird or its gonna be not a disappoint. I liked the first Yogi Bear, it wasn't my favorite film of the year, but it was fun to watch. I just thought that they needed to have more Yogi then just Ranger Smith.
The writers of The Hangover wanted to do this since they were barley in The Hangover Part II. Maybe thats the reason that it got 33% rotten (OK) on the tomatoemeter.

"Family Guy" desperate to win an Emmy?
The Family Guy creators and animators came together to do a kinda of a Boy cott for the Emmy's. They did a poster of Stewie looking sadly at a shelf were his Emmy's trophies were supposed to be, and the description says- "Its been this way for eight years, and its starting to hurt moral".
I don't know why there begging, usually its my favorite show Modern Family that wins one, Glee, or The Big Bang Theory that wins an Emmy.

"Kung Fu Panda 2 " review
Yesterday came out the sequel of 2008's Kung Fu Panda. The film got alot of good reviews. Although it didn't get a alot of percentage then the first. It got 83% fresh (really good) on the Rotten Tomatoes tomatometer.
I'm actually planning on seeing this myself, but intel then go watch this yourself.
When I see it I will give you my review. Also with Cars 2 coming out and Happy Feet 2 there is alot of sequels coming out this year.

"Happy Feet Two" teaser
Today You tube set out a teaser trailer for Warner Brothers' sequel to the Oscar winning animated film Happy Feet (beating Pixar's Cars). I kinda liked the first, its not my favorite movie but still. I saw the trailer, and I have to say it was kinda ... not good.
Personality of Pixar's Brave
Pixar’s first original fairy tale, Brave, is about a young princess named Merida (Kelly Macdonald) who defies her parents and inadvertently brings turmoil to their Kingdom. She must then do whatever is in her power to make things right. Featuring the voices of Billy Connolly, Emma Thompson, Julie Walters, Kevin McKidd, Craig Ferguson and Robbie Coltrane the Marc Andrews/Brenda Chapman-directed film is scheduled for release June 22 and a trailer should be in front of Cars 2.
This seems mor like Disney than Pixar to me. Another fairy tale? They just now released Tangled and The Princess and the Frog, now this?
Anyway, Pixar has announced the personality of Merida, the main character. Pixar also announced the plot.
The rugged and mysterious Highlands of Scotland serve as the backdrop for Brave, a new tale that joins the lands ancient lore, stories of epic battles and mystical legends passed down for generations. Directed by Mark Andrews and Brenda Chapman, and produced by Katherine Sarafian, Brave is the grand adventure of Merida (voice of Kelly Macdonald), a skilled archer who confronts tradition, destiny and the fiercest of beasts to discover the true meaning of courage. The film also features the voices of Emma Thompson, Billy Connolly, Julie Walters, Kevin McKidd, Craig Ferguson and Robbie Coltrane. Brave, full of heart, memorable characters and Pixar’s signature humor, takes aim at theaters on June 22, 2012, and will be presented inDisney
Digital 3D in select theaters.
This is Pixar's first film with a main female role, it is also Pixar's first female director, too.

"The Lion King" in 3-D
The Lion King is gonna be in 3-D this fall. It will come out on Blu- Ray 3-D. It will hit theaters also, but only in one spot. Only in El Capitan in Hollywood.
I actually want to buy this. But I already have the film on VCR, and that would be spending money for no reason. Besides you only whatch it once when you buy it. Thats why I rent in Blockbuster.
Disney is also gonna release Alladen in 3-D on Blu Ray.

New "Kung Fu Panda" clip
Kung Fu Panda 2 is coming out Thursday it looks like everybody wants to see this. It got 91% on the tomatoemeter on the Rotten Tomatoes website (really good). It got way more percentage than the first Kung Fu Panda that got 89% (also really good).
I was a little surprised to hear that, considering that Dreamworks isnt very good at sequels. Like when they ruined Shrek, all though that they did get higher with Madagascar.
Check out the clip.

Dreamworks' first female director and Blu Sky's Carlos Saldanha
Dreamworks has there first Female to direct Kung Fu Panda 2. Its also there first Asian female director (same thing). Her name is Jennifer Yuh Nelson. This is also her first time directing. As she was head of story for the first Kung Fu Panda, Sinbad: Legend of the High Seas, and story artist for the first Madagascar and my favorite Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron.
Also animation had there first Latin director as well. Rio's director Carlos Saldanha. He was also apart of Ice Age 1,2, and 3. I thought it was a pretty good job.
Pixar is also having there first female director. She will be directing 'Brave' that is coming out next year. It is also Pixar's first main female role in a film.
Any way, congratulations Jennifer Yuh Nelson and Carlos Saldanha.

'Toy Story Toons'
Just like the Cars toons Pixar will release another series of shorts that is based on a film. This time its gonna be Toy Story. Two shorts will appear this year. First in front of Cars 2 that will be called Hawaiian Vacation that will star Toy Story's Barbie and Ken. The second will start in front of a new film about the lovable puppets The Muppets, that is still being planed out.
Yes more Toy Story!!!! I understand why there doing shorts and not a Toy Story 4. Thats like doing what Dreamworks did with Shrek.
