Pixar gets sued!?

First Dreamworks now Pixar? Another lawsuit has happen saying that another company has stole the idea from a person.
British screenwriter Jake Mandeville-Anthony has lost his lawsuit against Disney and Pixar, which claimed that Pixar stole the idea for the Cars franchise from him, thereby infringing his copyright.
Man, this giving a company an idea for movie seems risky.

"The Smurfs" review: "Skip it"

Sony Animation brought back the most lovable blue characters The Smurfs to the eyes of old and new viewers. The only bad thing about the classic characters is that the story isn't so classic. As the film got 19% rotten "very bad" on the Tomatoemeter.
Though The Smurfs didn't get a good review, the animation is great. But that was the only good part of the film. The jokes were as cheesy as iCarly and the story needs allot of work done. But if you like movies that the 3-D actually pops out of the screen, then this is the movie. The cast is good but there parts are horrible. Smurfette does sound like Katey Perry, so does Fred Armisen as he sounds like Brainy Smurf. But George Lopez doesn't sound like Grumpy Smurf neither does Jonathan Winters to Papa Smurf. And why does every thing have to be New York? Honestly I would just go watch because Sofia Vergada is it, and George Lopez.
But still just skip this film don't even rent it.

New "Tintin" images

Comic-Con released two new images for the Steven Spielberg/Peter Jackson film The Adventures of Tintin: Secret of the Unicorn. The images look breath taking as the animation is captured beautifully with Mo-cap.
I actually want to see this movie. Check them out.

"Simpsons" skateboards

Check out these awesome looking skateboards created by Santa Cruz Skateboards based on the most famous and long lasting (longer than Spongebob) cartoon ever. The Simpsons. I have to say these look amazing. I would buy these- if only I knew how to skate.

"Brave" sneak peek

Empire Magazine's Big Screen event in London will include a special sneak peek  at Pixar's Brave.

New poster for "Happy Feet Two"

Warner Bros. released a new poster for there new movie that will come out in November, Happy Feet Two. This movie just looks bad, I mean again with the dancing penguins? This just looks terrible, and that's the fault of of the trailer.
Any way Warner Bros. set out a new poster for the sequel to the Oscar winning Happy Feet. Check it out above. But first here's the synopses-

The sequel to “Happy Feet,” the Academy Award-winning animated smash hit, “Happy Feet Two” returns audiences to the magnificent landscape of Antarctica in superb 3D.
Mumble, The Master of Tap, has a problem because his tiny son, Erik, is choreo-phobic. Reluctant to dance, Erik runs away and encounters The Mighty Sven — a penguin who can fly! Mumble has no hope of competing with this charismatic new role model.
But things get worse when the world is shaken by powerful forces.
Erik learns of his father’s “guts and grit” as Mumble brings together the penguin nations and all manner of fabulous creatures — from tiny Krill to giant Elephant Seals — to put things right.

"Winnie the Pooh" my review

I saw Winnie the Pooh last night and I have to say it was awesome. I just loved it. I could tell my family loved it too. It was just perfect from beginning to end.
The animation was beautiful. I love how Disney keeps it classic like how it was meant it to be. The voices were great. It sounded just like the original ones. Not like The Smurfs that just want famous actors. Like Grouchy doesn't sound like George Lopez in the original one, in the original one Grouchy has a low-high voice. I loved it even more with Tom Kenny as Rabbit. It was perfect. It could of been longer since it was only an hour. I was just glad that it wasn't in 3-D. The story was great and the jokes were hilarious.
I defenitly recommend you watch this as it has 90% fresh on the Tomatoemeter.

Dreamworks gets sued!?

Dreamworks got sued because a man (unknown) had the idea for the hit Kung Fu Panda movies and he gave the idea to Dreamworks, but now he claims that Dreamworks did the hole idea with out him. He even said that Dreamworks didn't even put his name at the end credits. I didn't even know that till now.
I guess it was happening for a wile. Today the jury was on Dreamworks side saying-
“The idea for the hit Kung Fu Panda movies was stolen from a man who pitched the studio months before it began developing the project without him.”
So I guess Dreamworks isn't guilty. Man, I feel bad for the man, I actually want to give a movie idea to Pixar, and a t.v show idea for Nick. I hope it goes good for me.

Katy Perry as "Smurfette" in "The Smurfs"

Sony Animation released a little video on the only female part in The Smurfs, Smurfette witch is voiced by the talented Katy Perry. This movie looks fun but it doesn't look decent.
