"Unsupervised" season 1 finale review: "Superbad" in cartoons

Although it was from the people that brought you the hilarious show Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia, it doesn't have the same comedy charm.
Like Archer the animation is highly distracting and no comedy. But the story seems to like a Superbad in cartoons.
So see it if you want I don't care.

The new Jim Henson animated/puppet show titled "ImaginOcean"

While we might be waiting a while for the Jim Henson Company to do a Fraggle Rock movie or bring The Muppet Show back to TV, they’ve just signed on to do an animated series. It’s based on a family touring stage production called ImaginOcean, created by John Tartaglia, which follows three fish friends and their underwater sea adventures.
Deadline broke the news of Henson coming onboard with Jellyfish Jive Prods, which owns the rights to the show.
ImaginOcean is a glow in the dark touring stage production, which you can buy tickets to at its official site. Here’s a description:
A one-of-a-kind live black-light puppet show, John Tartaglia’s ImaginOcean is a magical undersea adventure for kids of all ages. Tank, Bubbles and Dorsel and three best friends who just happen to be fish, and they’re about to set out on a remarkable journey of discovery. And it all starts with a treasure map. As they swim off in search of clues, they’ll sing, they’ll dance, and they’ll make new friends, including everyone in the audience. Ultimately they discover the greatest treasure of all: friendship. Jam-packed with music ranging from swing to R&B to Big Band, John Tartaglia’s ImaginOcean is a blast from the first big splash to the last wave goodbye.
Of course, that’s for the stage show. Henson’s Digital Puppetry Studio will animate the characters and put them into all new adventures if the show gets fully produced and picked up.
Well if its from Henson then it must be good.

"Hotel Transylvania" teaser trailer

The first trailer for my anticipated film has come out and looks amazing. I can’t say I love Adam Sandler’s work, but his voice on Dracula is great, but I also don’t find it to be particularly offensive. I do still like quite a few of the small visual touches in the trailer, and I hope to see a lot more of that in the final film.
You can totally tell the voice of Sandler and Andy Samberg in this trailer.

"Archer" season 3 finale review: "Again Weird"

The FX animated series has come to an end this season. And good thing too.
The animation is a bit distracting and as for the humor its also a bit not funny and immature. Doesn't really show any new spy stuff or classical stuff like from a James Bond movie.
Well check it if you want but you shouldn't.

"The Adventures of Tintin" DVD review: "Rent it"

This movie was awesome my parents loved it too, my siblings not so much mabie because there sluts (they never read this.....nobody reads this).
Doesn't really have any good special features, except for a little history on why Steven Spielberg wanted to make this and how he was gonna make it live-action with an animated Snowy. And how Herge, the creator of the Tintin, died while talking to Spielberg to make the movie.
So rent it the Golden Globe winner and Acadamy Award nominated film even though I bought it because it was half off.

"Puss in Boots" DVD review: "Buy it"

This was one of my favorite movies that I had fun in a theater. And my parents and siblings loved it, as they don't like that many movies.
The DVD requires great bonus features and deleted scene that would of made the story more epic. And the commentaries, which I love watching since it gives you more to the movie. With a new short titled The Three Diablos, so does Puss and Kitty have kids now or what? And that Kitty chick is one hot cartoon.
So any ways buy it, and I saw a a copy of it at Wal-Mart for $14 so if you live in Klamath then you should buy it. Even though I didnt.

Ty Burrell now in "Mr.Peabody and Sherman"

Modern Family star Ty Burrell may be best known for playing a doofus on the small screen, but he’ll be voicing a genius on the big one. Burrell has just replaced Robert Downey, Jr. in Mr. Peabody & Sherman, DreamWorks’ 3D, CG film based on characters from Jay Ward‘s Rocky and Bullwinkle cartoons.
Burrell will voice Peabody, a brilliant dog. Max Charles, who’ll appear as a young Peter Parker in this summer’s The Amazing Spider-Man, will voice Peabody’s “pet boy” Sherman. Rob Minkoff (The Lion King) is directing from a script by Craig Wright, which sees the titular pair trying to set things right after certain changes caused by their time machine threaten to destroy the space-time continuum.
This sounds good. I mean he's like the best character in the show and like me he is from Oregon.

First "Madagascar 3 Europes Most Wanted": I'm kinda tired of this song

While the Madagascar franchise has never drawn Pixar levels of respect (what does, really?), for kid-oriented entertainment you could do a lot worse that these films. The series has generally been cute, mildly amusing, and totally inoffensive — which may not sound like glowing praise, but that’s a lot more than I can say for Alvin and the Chipmunks: Chipwrecked — and the newest entry, Madagascar 3: Europe’s Most Wanted seems to be along the same lines.
Ben Stiller, Chris Rock, David Schwimmer, and Jada Pinkett Smith are on board once again as a quartet of Central Park Zoo animals just trying to get back to New York. Unfortunately, they wind up in Europe instead, where they’re chased by a ruthless animal control squad led by Capitaine Chantel DuBois (Frances McDormand). In an effort to escape their clutches, they take up with a circus traveling across the continent, meeting new friends like Vitaly the tiger (Bryan Cranston), Gia the jaguar (Jessica Chastain), and Stefano the sea lion (Martin Short) along the way.
I’ll say this for Madagascar 3: There’s some serious talent involved here. Not only does the movie boast a stellar cast, it also has a screenplay by Noah Baumbach, whose Fantastic Mr. Fox was one of the most lovable all-ages films I’ve seen in years. True, this trailer doesn’t look like anything special, but I choose to be optimistic that the actual film will a cut above the usual kiddie fare.
And haven't we heard enough of the Sexy and I Know it song with the M&M's commercial?

New "Madagascar 3" poster

This movie still looks not good if you ask me.

"Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" co-creator tells fans to give Micheal Bay a chance, and turtles/aliens will be animated insted of dudes in costumes

Lots of fans were outraged with Transformers director Micheal Bay's comment when he said that the famous turtles are going to be an alien race. Then Bay quickly shot back by advising everyone to “take a breath, and chill,” asserting that he was “working closely with one of the original creators of Ninja Turtles to help expand and give a more complex back story.” Now co-creator Peter Laird has spoken out, and what do you know, he agrees with Bay.
Laird took to his blog (poor guy) to respond to the “turtles as alien” controversy, advising fans to “wait and see what might come out of this seemingly ill-conceived plan.”
Laird isn’t offering a wholehearted endorsement of Bay’s idea; actually, he seems pretty ambivalent about it. But he seems more willing than his fans are to give it a shot. Hears what he said-
A few people — who don’t seem to understand that I am no longer in control of the property — want me to stop this, somehow. Obviously, I can’t do that, even if I wanted to.
But I would actually encourage TMNT fans to swallow the “chill pill” Mr. Bay recently suggested they take, and wait and see what might come out of this seemingly ill-conceived plan. It’s possible that with enough truly creative brainpower applied to this idea, it might actually work. I’m not saying it’s probable, or even somewhat likely… but it IS possible.
Laird then goes on to explain that in fact, “I have realized that in one way it IS truly a genius notion.” You see, making the turtles aliens finally offers a good excuse to create the fifth Ninja Turtle he’s been pitched over the years, or at least a better one than “the harebrained ‘there was an extra Turtle in the bowl, etc.’ idea.” “[F]or the first time… someone has come up with a way to have as many freakin’ Turtles as they want,” he notes. “I mean, if the TMNT are actually members of an alien race, there could be a whole PLANET of them! Joy.”
If you’re a Ninja Turtles lover that’s still upset about Bay’s comments, it’s well worth heading over to read his blog post in full. And lest you think Laird’s simply being facetious, CBM followed up with the TMNT creator to ask whether he was being sarcastic or genuine about the idea being “genius.” His reply: “Both, actually.”
It can’t be easy for Laird to watch someone else playing with the characters he invented, especially when the filmmakers are changing so much about them. Given that, this is probably about as warm and measured a response as can be expected. And Laird is right that we don’t actually have any idea yet how this change will pan out. It’s doubtful Laird’s statements will kill the fury completely, but perhaps the shouting will give way to grumbling so the Internet can move on to getting mad about the next absurd Hollywood reboot. Like how there gonna make Mark Twain's Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Finn have supernatural elements.
I am kinda mad at Bay's decision I mean there mutant, they fell in a sewer with radio active ooze and its probably gonna be like the alien ooze in Spider-Man that made him evil. And like Rise of the Planet of the Apes they will be mo-cap instead of the old Turtle movies were it was dudes dressed in costumes. This is like if Peter Parker never got bit by a spider and was just an alien costume.  But I got one word for Bay, f*** you. Oh and what happened to that rat guy that teaches them karate?

Wes Anderson's directed Sony phone by Laika

Wes Anderson who directed Fantastic Mr. Fox has made an ad for some kinda phone by Sony. Sure, it’s an ad, but there is a recognizable Anderson impulse at work here. And Laika’s animation, as always, is pretty wonderful. Just like Coraline.
Its pretty good check it out.

Unused "Akira" storyboards

Most fans of Katsuhiro Otomo‘s 1988 animated masterpiece Akira never wanted a live action remake to happen. But Warner Bros., the studio who holds the rights, has been pushing the issue for about five years. Almost every single prominent actors in his late-twenties or early-thirties was floated as possibly playing the star of the film, Kaneda, and several directors have been attached too. The most recent being Jaume Collet-Serra who almost got the film in front of cameras – he had even auditioned and cast some roles – before the studio pulled the plug on the film for what feels like the 10th time.
A live action Akira may still happen but, for now, it just lives in that weird limbo of films that got close but never made it. Which just means, for years to come, we’ll hopefully be rewarded with glimpses at pre-production work hinting at what could have been.
The first instance of that has now been revealed: unused storyboards from one of the film’s earliest incarnations. They show imagery that’s both directly from the original film (and graphic novels) as well as a few twists that are very unlike the source material. Check them out below-

I haven't seen this film yet but it does look cool, and making it live-action is kinda ruining the experience.

"Clerks: The Animated Series" could return in 2013

Clerks: The Animated Series might be edging towards a return in 2013. The series was a very short network primetime show, which many agree was ahead of its time. The series did the same style totally random-funny pop culture-filled jokes that were credited for Family Guy‘s later success. I highly recommend any one who hasn’t seen the show to go check it out, especially if you liked shows like Clone High or Family Guy.
While the series was born out of Kevin Smith’s 1994 independent film Clerks, the series was a lot more broad and expansive in scope.

Only two episodes were aired by ABC in 2000 before the show was canceled. The six-produced episodes were released on DVD and became a cult hit. Enough so that Harvey Weinstein wanted to produce an animated direct-to-video film titled Clerks: Sell Out based on the series. The movie was to have involved Dante and Randal making a movie about their lives at the Quick Stop.
But when Weinstein left Miramax, the rights to the Clerks Animated characters was left in the hands of the Disney Corporation, which had no interest in pursuing any future projects based on the property. However, Miramax was sold in 2011, allowing for a return.
Kevin Smith announced on Twitter yesterday that “Miramax 2.0 and I are hoping to give you new eps weekly next year.” So we might see new episodes of Clerks: The Animated Series in 2013 — but in what form? On Television? On Home Video? Or more likely — distributed digitally (Netflix, web, hulu…etc).
But to be honest I never even thought there was a Clerks cartoon.

Brad Bird finally discussing "Incredables 2" and "Madagascar 3" to premiere at Cannes

It took Pixar four years to follow up Toy Story with Toy Story 2, and another eleven to get around to releasing Toy Story 3, but that unhurried pace worked out just fine for the studio. The two sequels are every bit as beloved as the original was, and that success has everything to do with the fact that Pixar waited for the right story to come along, rather than simply cobbling together sequel after sequel to maximize their profits. Unlike Cars.
Now Brad Bird is taking a similar approach with The Incredibles, which opened in 2004 and has had fans begging for a sequel ever since. “I would not say no to [The Incredibles 2], because I really love that world and I love those characters,” he told IFC. But he doesn’t want to move on it until he’s got a plan in place, hears what he said-
I really love those characters and if I can figure out a whole story to do I would do it. But one of the advantages that we had in the original ‘Incredibles’ was that several of the characters had never really got to flex their muscles before. They were repressed, and it was about them discovering their own abilities… Any sequel to it, that particular thing — which is really a wonderful thing to be able to explore in a movie — that’s sort of gone. And so you have to find something that is equally interesting to do in a sequel.
See this is why I like Pixar they not only make movies but they actually take there time creating a beautiful story that grows into our hearts.
       Now going on to Dreamworks-
Having previously premiered Shrek, Shrek 2, Over the Hedge, and Kung Fu Panda at Cannes, DreamWorks will head back to the Croisette this year to debut Madagascar 3: Europe’s Most Wanted. The animated comedy sequel is only the second title announced so far from this year’s lineup, following Wes Anderson’s Moonrise Kingdom. Madagascar 3 may seem on the surface like it’d be out of place at a prestigious European film festival, but then again, it does boast a script by Noah Baumbach. Cannes runs May 16-27 this year; Madagascar 3‘s theatrical release will hit June 8.
I still don't have good good thoughts on this movie.

Universal to retry to adapt "The Cat in the Hat" but this time with CG animation

I don't think that any one remembers the Mike Myers stared live-action adaption about the classic story by the most read author Dr. Seuss. It was a critical disappointment that made Audrey Stone Geisel declare that she’d never let Hollywood make a live-action adaptation of her late husband’s work again. Will I wouldn't either after that movie and How the Grinch Stole Christmas (the live-action one not the classic animated one). Since Blu Sky's Dr. Seuss adapted film Horton Hears a Who, it is still the most well critiqued film based on a book by the author, The Lorax is still the most dominated Seuss film at box-office beating John Carter and being the most highest grossing film in the list.
Well now it looks like Illumination Entertainment is the home of Seuss film. Thats good because I do not want an other live-action adaption of these classic books.
It's good to make a better Cat in the Hat since he's like basically the mascot of the Seuss books. Also will Illumination animate the Seuss characters in the live-action/animated biopic starring and produced by Johnny Depp.

"Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs" sequel has a name and release date

Since I heard that the original directors of the first film aren't in this then I got depressed 1. because I'm 13 and I have a blog and 2. there not in it.
Well the animators of the first one will work on it now since the sequel is called Cloudy 2: Revenge of the Leftovers.
The release date will be on December 20th 2013. I just wanna see this because the Horrible Bosses writers will write.

First "real" images for "Hotel Transylvania"

This is a huge comeback to the long disappeared Samurai Jack creator Genndy Tartovsky. Now he'll be making a Halloween themed film at Sony, with basically the same cast of Grown Ups.
    These are new images-

In the first image from left to right, that’s Dracula’s daughter Mavis (Selena Gomez), the werewolves Wayne and Wanda (Steve Buscemi and Molly Shannon), Murray the Mummy (Cee Lo Green), Dracula (Adam Sandler), and Frank (Kevin James)… and those flouting glasses is Griffin the Invisible Man (David Spade). The second photo shows Dracula and Johnnystein, Mavis’ human suitor voiced by Andy Samberg.
    This actually looks good.

"Bob's Burgers" season 2 review: "Weird"

I've seen the TV spots for this and they just look weird.
The animation kinda looks like something from the Rugrats and The Simpsons, or Hey Arnold! I'm not really a fan of these Animation Domination I only like Napoleon Dynamite but its over now.
So I don't know if you want to see it then see it.

"Napoleon Dynamite" season 1 finale review: "Too short"

The season finale of Napoleon Dynamite happened last Sunday, and it was amazing. But it was too short though. I mean we didn't get any details on what happened to Kip's wife and all that. But since Allen Gregory got cancelled there needed to be some time left between those 30 minutes.
Around the FFA is what the episode is about. And we got to see the turning point of the friendship between Napoleon and Pedro. By the way my room kinda looks like Pedro's room. We also got to go and see Uncle Rico's point of view between him and his van. The animation in this is amazing and the humor is hilarious.
Anyway see it its "freakin' sweet".

"Brave" Japanese Trailer: I would rather go see this in Japan

This trailer looks like a Studio Ghibli film. It shows more to the epic story. It looks beautiful.

"Ice Age: Continental Drift" Trailer: When will Scrat get the acorn?

I first saw this trailer in The Lorax. It was a treat for the kids but for me it was just cheesy. Hears the plot description-

Scrat’s nutty pursuit of the cursed acorn, which he’s been after since the dawn of time, has world-changing consequences – a continental cataclysm that triggers the greatest adventure of all for Manny, Diego and Sid. In the wake of these upheavals, Sid reunites with his cantankerous Granny, and the herd encounters a ragtag menagerie of seafaring pirates determined to stop them from returning home.

Phil Lord and Chris Miller offer new detailes to there Lego movie

When news first broke that Warner Bros. was developing a Lego film, we groaned at the thought of yet another film based on a beloved childhood property (see also: G.I. Joe, Transformers, Battleship, etc.). But then Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs helmers Phil Lord and Chris Miller boarded the project, and the idea of a Lego movie suddenly got much more interesting — especially when Robot Chicken‘s Chris McKay signed on to co-direct as well.
During this weekend’s press junket for their new film (I wanna see) 21 Jump Street, Lord and Miller offered a few more details on what we could expect from the Lego movie, including a potential title, the status of the film, it’s look, its tone, and even a tiny hint about its plot.
Hears what they said as an all Lego universe “to the point where if there’s water or clouds or like a big explosion, that will be made out of animated Legos,” and that the tone could be described as “like if Michael Bay kidnapped Henry Selick to make a movie for him.”
“It involves many worlds. Basically, the least qualified Lego characters in the universe having to keep the world from being frozen together.” (says the duo) I’m not sure what “frozen together” means, exactly, but at the most basic level, it sounds like a plot about the Lego equivalent of unlikely underdog heroes stepping up to save the world. According to Miller, the film is currently titled Lego: The Piece of Resistance.
I'm not sure if it will be CG or stop-motion but actually sounds good and I have never had fun with Legos.

Kristen Bell to star in "Frozen"

I've posted about the long in development Frozen. Now everything is coming together. Now Kristen Bell is set to play the lead role as the ice queen.
Frozen will be based on Hans Christian Andersen‘s 19th century fairy tale, which centers around two friends, a little boy and a little girl. When the boy is kidnapped by the Snow Queen, the little girl ventures out to find and save him. It’s not clear at this point which character Bell is set to play. THR describes her character as the “lead,” which suggests she’ll be voicing the Queen, but it’s also conceivable that the girl could be the central character in Disney’s take on the story.
I don't know if this is the right choice. But she does have voice experience from the FX show Unsupervised.
Bell will provide both the speaking and singing voices for her character in Frozen. We haven’t heard any details on who’ll provide the music, though the previous incarnation of the project had composer Alan Menken (Beauty and the Beast) attached. John Lasseter and Peter Del Vecho are on board as producers.
    This could be good.

"Gnomeo and Juliet" sequel titled "Gnomeo and Juliet: Sherlock Gnomes"

Why!!!!!!!???? Gnomeo and Juliet was okay but good enough for a sequel?
Elton John‘s Rocket Pictures is getting the ball rolling on Gnomeo & Juliet: Sherlock Gnomes, a sequel to last year’s 3D animated adventure about lively lawn ornaments. John has begun composing new tunes for the film, while returning writers Andy Riley and Kevin Cecil are at work on the script. No director is attached at this time, though the search has already begun. The new film will see Gnomeo and Juliet calling on “the great ornamental detective” Sherlock Gnomes to find out why gnomes have been mysteriously disappearing from suburban England.
Rocket CEO Steve Hamilton Shaw describes the film as “a fun, broad family film” with “strong musical elements.” James McAvoy and Emily Blunt, who voiced the title characters in the first movie, will likely return, though their involvement has not been confirmed at this time.
I don't know why there doing this, its not even Shakespeare even more.

"The Lorax" opens up at #1

I'm surprised that this got #1. Its been a long time since I've seen an animated film place #1, and that was last years Rio. I thought that Project X was gonna place #1 even though it does look like a disappoint.
At #1 is The Lorax (57% rotten, okay), at #2 is Project X (26% rotten, very bad), at #3 is Act of Valor (29% rotten, very bad).
Still the only fresh film at box office is at #10 and its (still wanna see) Wanderlust.

"Frankenweenie" to be released in IMAX 3-D

This movie looks amazing now its gonna be even more amazing with IMAX 3-D. Tim Burton’s comic retelling of the classic Frankenstein tale. Featuring a voice cast that includes Winona Ryder, Catherine O’Hara, Martin Short, and Charlie Tahan, the stop-motion, black and white picture centers around a young boy named Victor whose dog Sparky dies unexpectedly. Heartbroken, Victor finds a way to bring Sparky back to life, setting off a chain of monstrous consequences.
Since this is a stop-motion black and white film its gonna be the first stop-motion black and white film to be in IMAX 3-D. The film is set to release on October 10.
I cant wait for this. Another film to be released in IMAX is Prometheus.

Oscar winners "Rango" and "The Fantastic Flying Books of Mr. Morris Lessmore": That was the year of "Rango"

I think that Rango deserved that Oscar. I mean it was the most fun I've had in a theater next to Rio. And I saw The Fantastic Flying Books of Mr. Morris Lessmore and it deserved it also. But I did think that La Luna was gonna win.
And Chris Rock said the most hilarious stuff about animation. Its true they do just pay him a million dollars just to say "Its time to go to the store!"
Even though Tintin lost to The Artist and Rio lost to The Muppets.

"Brave" TV spot: Just beautiful

This song alone makes me wanna see this.

First look at "Turbo": More like a "Cars" with snails

This concept art from above looks beautiful. I wanna see this. And the cast is amazing. I mean Bill Hader and Snoop Doug that's perfect. Hader is also in Dreamworks's Me and my Shadow. Also well my mans Micheal Pena and Samuel L. Jackson. Starring Ryan Renolds (also in The Croods)
Hears what office executive Bill Damaschke said about Renolds-
"Ryan Reynolds' infectious enthusiasm and humor will bring life to the lead role of Turbo and set the tone for this amazing roster of all-star voice talent. This high-octane journey will take audiences on the race of their lives and completely re-define the traditional notion of moving at a snail's pace!"
Although the art looks great this promo poster looks terrible-

New "Brave" trailer" More like a clip then a trailer

This movie looks amazing I can't wait. But it looks more like a Dreamworks film then Pixar, I mean from the animation and the jokes, its all there.
Well hears the "trailer".

"How to Train your Dragon" show ads: Dreamworks going with Cartoon Network on this one

This is what makes this show gonna work, Jay Burachul who plays Hiccup in the films will be in the show. Unlike the Kung Fu Panda show.
So now we don't have to wait tell the sequel. The show will be called Dragons which sounds better.
Intriguingly, series exec producer Tim Johnson has emphasized in the past that his Dragons won’t dumb down the show for television, but rather will hew closely to the original’s tone. “We’re actually going a little darker, a little more dramatic, much like the film,” he said in January. ”The goal was not to change it or lighten it for a TV series. The goal is to stay true to it in a TV series and that was actually fairly changing.”
Well that's great.

First "Frankenweenie" trailer: Burton makes a combat to Disney by making the film that got him fired

This was Tim Burton's first film. He made it for Disney, but they fired him because it was weird. Now he finally makes how it deserves to be.
Like The Artist its gonna be in all black in white. Its a spoof to Frankenstein as you can see some resemblance to Igor and Frankenstein's Bride. This just looks amazing.

Teaser for "Despicaple Me 2": An other use to wast time with the Minions

Well we have to wait tell next year in summer for the sequel to the instant classic Despicable Me. Well like other things that promoted the film were the hilarious Minions. Well this is them back in action.

New "ParaNorman" trailer: "Zombieland for kids"

This week is a good week for stop motion trailers. Mabie after this post I'll show you the trailer for Frankenweenie. But these Halloween type movies are coming out in the summer.
Well I loved Coraline and this movie looks like a Tim Burton film itself.

New images of "Hotel Transylvania" and "The Croods"

I first heard the names Adam Sandler, Kevin James, and Andy Samberg all in an animated film I was hooked.
Hears a promo poster for Hotel Transylvania-
Dracula is played by Sandler, witch kinda looks like him. Hears the synopses-
Welcome to the Hotel Transylvania, Dracula’s (Adam Sandler) lavish five-stake resort, where monsters and their families can live it up, free to be the monsters they are without humans to bother them.  On one special weekend, Dracula has invited some of the world’s most famous monsters – Frankenstein and his bride, the Mummy, the Invisible Man, a family of werewolves, and more – to celebrate his daughter Mavis’s 118th birthday.  For Drac, catering to all of these legendary monsters is no problem – but his world could come crashing down when one ordinary guy stumbles on the hotel and takes a shine to Mavis.
Now hears The Croods from Dreamworks about a prehistoric family. Hears the plot description-
The Croods is a 3D comedy adventure from DreamWorks Animation that takes us back to the beginning – to a previously undiscovered era known as the Croodacious – a time when Mother Nature was still experimenting and the flora and fauna we know today hasn’t evolved yet. At the heart of this comedically chaotic world is the Crood family, led by Grug (Academy Award® winner Nicolas Cage), an over-protective father who, like all dads, is doing all he can to hold his family together as the world around them changes at a dramatic pace.
Together with his wife (Catherine Keener), kids (Emma Stone and Clark Duke) and ornery mother-in-law (Cloris Leachman) in tow, Grug guides his family through this spectacular environment, full of amazing creatures, to find a new cave to call home. Along the way, they encounter Guy (Ryan Reynolds), an imaginative and resourceful newcomer who takes risks and wholeheartedly embraces the promise of tomorrow. Audiences will relate to the hilarious family antics as Guy helps the Croods navigate their way into the bright future.
       Hears a great image-

"The Lorax" review: "Wait tell rent"

I think I'm gonna watch this tomorrow even though the 57% rotten is giving me other thoughts, but I already have plans.
Shows some pretty good cartoony CG animation witch you never see. It looks exactly like Blu Sky Studio's Horton Hears a Who! A good cast with a good environmental message (basically like Avatar). Some good reviews like "Director Chris Renaud and his team have fun with these dithery, frenetic characters. The film is less special when it slows down and takes a breath of fresh air." But some bad reviews like "The badness of the picture is a shock".
Anyway wait tell rent, I'm going because of Betty White. An even though Fox News said that its too much political same with Arrietty.

"The Secret World of Arrietty" opens up at #10

Whats up with these box office scores? I mean Act of Valor got #1 and it got 28% and that's horrible. So what it stars real active navy seals it still sucks. Well hear are the scores-
At #1 is Act of Valor (28% rotten very bad), #2 is Tyler Perry's Good Deeds (31% rotten okay), and at #3 is Journey 2: The Mysterious Island (43% rotten okay).
The only two fresh films were Arrietty and (I wanna see) Wanderlust as it got #8 with a sore of 61%. I still want to see Arrietty.
